Partitioning

Hi all!
I have installed SUSE 10.3 on my PC. I already have windows XP and now I find that I have too much space available for my XP and I want to move that space over to my /home partition in SUSE 10.3 Any idea how I can modify the disc sizes without messing up any of both my 2 systems?
