Μη ενεργοποίηση apache2 σε Ubuntu 7.0.4

Παρακαλώ για βοήθεια, δεν ενεργοποιείται ο apache2, τι κάνω λάθος;
apache start

sudo nautilus

Ανοίγοντας τον Browser στην localhost μου δίνει μήνυμα λάθους.
