Problem With Cairo Dock

Hi i'm having trouble with cairo dock the driver video is the last version and the problem is
a black background you can see below

I had the same problem and i solved it with minty7's steps...

This solution solves the problem but creates another one
when a window is maximized and cairo dock is autohide you cannot call cairo dock to the foreground it stays in the background no matter what
any suggestions??????
